PROJECTS

Building a school
Since September 2009, the Emmanuel Childrenland Nursery / Primary School has been established in the village of Igbedor, which today has over 400 children who regularly attend school sessions. Our dream is to offer these young students a comfortable and appropriate environment, where as well as learning to read and write, they can learn to grow, to feel at home, to have fun and to prepare for a better future.

Drinking water
The lack of drinking water is one of the first causes of mortality of children under 5 years. The only source present at the village of Igbedor is the water of the Niger river which, especially during the rainy season and subsequently with the dry period, becomes the bearer of germs and debris causing Colera.

The dispensary
The population of Igbedor, in 10 years of personal contributions, and manual labor, managed to build a Dispensary. In fact, the lack of a hospital throughout the entire area has disclosed the presence of 'fake' doctors and nurses who presented themselves from other villages posing as qualified doctors and nurses, prescribing medicines and treatments that often led to the death of many, especially the children.
